Guided journal
Tame My Anxious Thoughts
Some thoughts you can't argue your way out of. You can write your way through them.
About the Journal
Anxiety doesn't usually show up as one big thing. It shows up as a loop, the same worry running the same track at 2am while you tell yourself to stop it and it does not stop. Telling yourself to have more faith doesn't break the loop either, and being told that by someone else tends to make it worse.
This is a guided journal, which means you're not staring at blank pages hoping something helpful comes out. Each entry gives you a prompt, a place to be honest, and Scripture that meets the fear where it actually lives instead of where we pretend it lives.
It won't fix everything. It will give you somewhere to put it.
