Sometimes a message isn't just for a set age group, and for me, that's this story. It addresses worry and anger, things I've been dealing with more lately because of events in my life. This book touched my heart.
Discipling children doesn't have to be intimidating or overwhelming. Terrie's passion for helping parents disciple their children has resulted in a handbook that can be easily followed and that will empower the reader to find even more ways to help their children grow in faith and in their understanding of who they are in Christ.
This is a thoughtful story about forgiveness. It's honest and not sugar-coated. Children will relate to the struggle Izzy has with her honest feelings about irritation. The story leads them through a logical process they can use to forgive others. I like the illustrations in the book, too. It's a good book for parents to read with their kids, and it has a discussion guide at the end.
