The Heart Behind It
I wrote the original version of this story for my oldest daughter who has mild autism. She is an amazing young woman and is the illustrator of the chapter book. However, she struggles with feeling confident and capable. I wanted to write a story that would encourage her and help her see that everyone is unique and has a God-given purpose.
My hope is that all children who read this book will feel encouraged and willing to keep trying even when victory comes slowly.
